He has a number of adapters for various heads, and uses a precision level to set up the heads. It is a massive machine and does very good work in regards to flatness and finish.

I can get a 5 to 10 Ra finish on aluminum heads cutting on the slow feed. The CC-ing a head to a spec size is a bit of an issue but once you learn how to graph out the chamber and do the math it makes it a bit easyer.
