Jan 24, 2019· I just aquired a Brown and Sharpe #1 vertical mill. It seems to be in pretty decent condition. Its has been modified to run on an electric motor and is missing some parts. I found a serial number on it but not have not had any luck finding a data base or source of information that might help me find the year it was manufactured.

Feb 22, 2018· Hey guys, I just got a Brown & Sharpe #2 Vertical Milling Lt. as a Christmas gift from a good friend of mine, I ordered a operating manual from ebay for it but it's not the right one, it's for a newer model than mine, I ran onto a list of serial #'s & dates, and from what I can tell mine was built around 1938, the serial # is 1399. Does anyone know where I can get a operation manual for it.
